EDIPRESSE-KONLIGA is an alliance of two of the world's leading publishers, EDIPRESSE Group of Switzerland and KON-Liga Press of Russia.

EDIPRESSE GROUP

• Is an international publishing company with headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland;

• Was founded in 1907 as Societe de la Feuille d'Avis de Lausanne et des Imprimeries Reunies S.A. It was reorganized in 1988 as the EDIPRESSE Group;

• Publishes more than 130 journals in ten countries - Switzerland, Spain, Poland, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Mexico and Hong Kong;

• Also publishes some of the world's leading magazines under license agreements;

• Specializes in country specific, local publication brands.

EDIPRESSE-KONLIGA

• KON-Liga Press was founded in Moscow in 1993;

• Joined the Edipresse Group in 2003 and was renamed EDIPRESSE-KONLIGA;

• Is ranked second in Russia in terms of number of publications and fourth in total monthly circulation;

• Brings 1-2 new publications to market annually;

• Publishes 30 periodicals including Russian Fine Art, Country House, Hair Styles, Samaya, Diana, Sabrina, Chic, Fashion Industry, International Textiles;

• Has a total circulation of 1,3 million per month.
